Committee Type
NMTA is a New Mexico Political Committee, not
a Federal PAC. NMTA will neither support nor oppose any candidate in a Federal election. It is a State of New Mexico “Political Committee,” and, as such, it limits its political activities to state elections. As a New Mexico “Political Committee” NMTA may accept either personal or corporate donations.
